For my fellow OPSECfags, you might notice that the tests are impossible to take without (((enabling JavaScript.))) However, you don't have to fall back from Safest Mode in order to make the site work. After re-enabling JavaScript from about:config (if applicable), right-click on the middle of the screen and click NoScript. Click the last "S" next to idrlabs.com (it should show "CUSTOM"). Under "Enable these capabilities when top page matches," set it to idrlabs.com only. Enable scripts. Enabling fonts isn't necessary, but makes a few symbols visible if you do. I never ended up mentioning when I posted the script, but in theory one could try to make all these tests offline.
The obvious way would be to submit every single answer and then simply lookup the results. Obviously this isn't really an option since there are way too many possibilities, for example the tranny one has 5^28 which is around 10^20.
The smart way would be to try to figure out what effect each question has on the final result by isolating them. I tried the same test 5 times, answering the first question (the one with id 1) with all possible values 0-4 and then the rest with a 4. The results are then as follows:

That makes me remember: for the political compass test at P7752, I actually did something like that a very long time ago [spoiler: (during an era of my life when I was a lot younger and coped with politics of all things, I was schizo and did it to potentially expose ways that the test could be rigged a certain way)]. It worked pretty similar to how you described the tranny test from what I recall. Each answer to each proposition contributed a certain fixed number of points to the axis it was relevant to. From what I can see, using https://www.idrlabs.com/racism-scales/test.php as an example (questions go by id, not by order):
Questions 1-4 increase 1st category by 4.something% and 5-6 decrease it by the same amount.
Questions 7-14 increase 2nd category by 2.something% and 15-16 decrease it by the same amount.
Question 17 increases 3rd category by 6.something% and 18-20 decrease it by the same amount.

The percentage seems to be 100/(n*m), with n=number of questions that affect a given category and m the maximum value that questions go up to.
For the 1st category: P1=100/(6*4)=25/6=4.16...%
For the 2nd category: P2=100/(10*4)=5/2=2.5%
For the 3rd category: P3=100/(4*4)=25/4=6.25%

The final scores are just: (n1+n2+n3+n4+4-n5+4-n6)*P1, (n7+n8+...+n13+n14+4-n15+4-n16)*P2, (n17+4-n18+4-n19+4-n20)*P3, ni being the value for the ith question.
